INDIAN TRIAL, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Valuables were stolen from twenty unlocked cars on Tuesday, according to the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say they saw the break-ins within Indian Trail and in particular in the Brandon Oaks subdivision. Each vehicle targeted was unlocked.
Authorities request assistance locating 67-year-old Monroe woman
In total, three guns were taken in the break-ins. Those in the area with security video or photos of the incidents are asked to send the files to the Sheriff’s Office through this website.

LOCK your vehicles – even in your driveway!

REMOVE valuables from your car, especially firearms.

UTILIZE outdoor lighting and camera systems to deter and/or identify suspects

REPORT suspicious activity to law enforcement immediately.
