UNICOI COUNTY, Tenn. (WCYB) — The Unicoi County Apple Festival scheduled for October 4-5 has been canceled due to devastating flooding, officials said Saturday.
The decision came after extensive discussions after the damage caused by Helene.
The Unicoi County Chamber of Commerce plans to be in communication with vendors in the coming days and discuss future plans for the festival.
