Zeekr delivered 194,933 vehicles in January-November, an increase of 85.28 percent year-on-year. It is targeting to deliver 230,000 vehicles in 2024.
Zeekr (NYSE: ZK) saw another record month of deliveries, becoming the latest local electric vehicle (EV) maker to report strong numbers.
The company delivered 27,011 vehicles in November, the 3rd consecutive month of record highs, according to figures it released today.
This is an increase of 106.13 percent from 13,104 vehicles in the same period last year and up 7.83 percent from 25,049 in October.
In the January-November period, Zeekr delivered 194,933 vehicles, an increase of 85.28 percent year-on-year.
By the end of November, Zeekr had delivered a total of 391,566 vehicles since its inception.
The company is targeting to deliver 230,000 vehicles for the whole of 2024, which means that December deliveries need to reach 35,067 vehicles to fulfill that target.
Zeekr was founded in March 2021 and its first model, Zeekr 001, was released on April 17, 2021 and deliveries began in October 2021.
In addition to the Zeekr 001, the company currently sells the Zeekr 007, Zeekr 009, Zeekr X, Zeekr 7X, Zeekr Mix.
The Zeekr 001 shooting brake, Zeekr 009 MPV (multi-purpose vehicle), Zeekr X city SUV (sport utility vehicle), and Zeekr Mix five-seaters are all aimed at niche markets, while the Zeekr 007 sedan and Zeekr 7X are aimed at the mainstream EV market.
Zeekr announced today that previously available incentives, including 0 down payment and zero-interest financing, continue to be offered in December.
For customers who order a Zeekr model before December 15, Zeekr will offer the same amount of compensation if their delivery date results in them not receiving the government trade-in subsidy that would otherwise be available to them, according to the company.
Earlier today, Zeekr said it had noticed some reports of slow charging and unusual battery capacity decay curves in the WE 86 variant of some long-mileage Zeekr 001 cars, and that it would be offering a free battery health test for all vehicles of this variant.
If the battery health anomalies found during the test cause the user experience to suffer, Zeekr will replace the battery pack with a brand new one at no cost to the user, even if it does not meet the criteria for replacement under the warranty policy, it said.
